1. A new type of fully hydraulic self-propelled special chassis. The self-propelled aerial work elevating platform truck developed with completely independent intellectual property rights adopts technologies such as electromechanical-hydraulic integration, reliability design and computer-aided design, and successfully develops a fully hydraulic drive, self-propelled special chassis, which breaks through in the past, the domestic aerial work lifting platform trucks could only use the restriction of truck or crane chassis modification design.
2. Multi-functional and multi-purpose operating device. Through the bracket at the front end of the boom, the lifting device or manned platform can be quickly installed to realize the functions of material lifting, hoisting and manned high-altitude operations, and at the same time provide an interface for the expansion of operating devices and the rapid switching of various working devices.
3. Driving with load and good operation stability. The chassis structure breaks through the traditional design theory and method, and reduces the center of gravity offset by optimizing the overall layout and load distribution of the boarding platform. The unique large-angle backward hinge point structure is adopted, and a variety of counterweight modules are reasonably set to effectively balance the working moment. The H-shaped composite box girder frame with variable cross-section and high-load solid rubber tires are used to increase the overall rigidity of the chassis, ensure the stability of the whole machine during driving and operation, and realize the function of driving with a load.
4. Unique three-dimensional rotating lifting device. The designed three-dimensional rotating lifting device can not only automatically maintain the posture of the lifted material, but also realize the adjustment requirements of the lifted material at any height, position and direction in the space. The speed control is accurate and sensitive, and the micro-motion performance is good. It meets the requirements for high-altitude operations and ventilation duct installation in large caverns.
